Host Shelley Mizener is a lifelong resident of Knowlton with family roots that go back as far as the first settlers to the area. She is also a second-generation CIDI 99.1FM radio host following in the footsteps of her father Keith Mizener, a passionate jazz lover. Shelley has been an entrepreneur for the past four decades in the areas of education, real estate & horticulture. Shelley is passionate about My Dad’s Jazz and believes strongly in the phrase that a community that sows together grows together.Shelley has involved herself in a multitude of community projects including, CIDI FM 99.1, the Brome County Historical Society, Theatre Lac Brome and the Knowlton Academy Secret Garden Project, where she works to harness the enthusiasm and passion of others to bring each project to life. Through her show My Dad’s Jazz with Shelley & Cash, Shelley hopes to inspire others to invest their time, talent and resources into their community for the benefit of all.
